في العقود الآجلة أنت لا تشتري الأصل فعليًا، بل تتداول عقدًا على سعره. وبعض الفقهاء يرون أن بيع ما لا تملك لا يجوز.
2️⃣ الرافعة المالية (القرض بفائدة ضمنية)
عند استخدام رافعة مثل 20x، فأنت عمليًا تتداول بأموال مقترضة من المنصة.
بعض العلماء يعتبرون ذلك قرضًا جرّ نفعًا (أي فيه شبهة ربا)، خاصة مع رسوم التمويل.
3️⃣ الغرر والمقامرة
