Look, the model really does fix some painful stuff around fee swings and keeping governance rights intact. That’s exciting. But if it works smoothly for big players, quietly raises the bar for independent devs, and still sits under relatively concentrated early control, it hasn’t quite turned into the open, neutral public utility they’re pitching yet.
