If you want to survive 2026's volatility in $BTC or $SOL, you must break the cycle with these 3 Non-Negotiable Rules:
🚫 Rule 1: The Mandatory "Cool-Off" Break
After any loss, step away. No charts, no analysis, no "checking the 1m timeframe." Your emotions must cool before your logic can return.
🚫 Rule 2: The Hard Daily Cap
Set a max trade count (e.g., 2-3 trades) and a daily loss limit. Once that cap is hit, the terminal stays closed. No "one last shot." That’s a trap, not a strategy.
