Real-life case: When a single word separates
A client contacted us after completely losing access to their cryptocurrency wallet.
The case required maximum attention as it involved self-custodial digital assets.
The main problem:
The seed phrase had been written out of order.
The words were saved in Portuguese.
One word was missing.
Even with most of the seed phrase, access to the wallet was technically impossible without the complete and correct phrase.
🔍 Analysis and approach
The work began with organizing and compiling all available information, carefully evaluating:
Seed phrase structure and pattern (BIP-39)
Language compatibility
Possible variations generated by translation
Technical coherence of the incomplete phrase
The entire process was conducted with extreme care, respecting technical limits and security principles, without exposing sensitive data or compromising the integrity of the wallet.
✅ Final Result
After a thorough validation process, it was possible to identify the missing word, correctly restore access, and fully recover the client's balance.
No assets were lost, and no unauthorized transactions occurred during the process.

This case reinforces a basic, but often ignored rule in the crypto universe:
