Why did the pump happen? 👀📈
There seem to be multiple reasons behind this move of FRAX/USDT:
1) Strong Bounce from Support
The price tested strong support at 0.69–0.70 and buyers came in from there. This area had been defended before, so the bounce was natural.
2) Short-term Trend Reversal (4H)
The green candle closed above MA(7) and MA(25)
This created a short-term bullish signal, on which scalpers entered.
3) Recovery from Oversold
After a continuous downtrend, the market was oversold → a small relief rally is common.
There seem to be multiple reasons behind this move of FRAX/USDT:
1) Strong Bounce from Support
The price tested strong support at 0.69–0.70 and buyers came in from there. This area had been defended before, so the bounce was natural.
