Using $TAKE as an example, let's discuss my initial thoughts and logic for selecting coins. I mentioned the TAKE token yesterday when it was at the MA120 on the 4-hour chart, but at that time, I was leaning towards bearish coins. As for TAKE, I was quite pessimistic about it due to its sharp decline in 2025, but in the end, the facts proved that it dropped from 0.03 to 0.027 as a retracement to induce short positions. In fact, after this wave of retracement, TAKE's trading volume has remained online. It may look irregular on the 15-minute chart, but if you switch to the 1-hour chart, you'll find it has been steadily rising, charging from 0.027 to around 0.051 without looking back. Longing altcoins that are steadily rising on the increase list + hourly/15-minute levels is quite comfortable, especially if everyone is paying attention to resistance and support levels.

Now looking at the daily chart, we can see that TAKE's needle has pierced through the MA30 level, which has changed its long-term downtrend on the daily level. The 0.037-0.038 level just happens to be where its MA180 on the 4-hour chart is located; if a token can stabilize and break through the MA180 or the MA30 on the daily chart, the upward potential above can be very high. Therefore, it is logical to long it after this retracement to around 0.032. On the contrary, if it had just retraced and pierced below 0.03, it might have already gone down. Natural resistance levels at whole numbers often have more stop losses, and once triggered, it could lead to a cascading situation.
At this position, longing can set the stop loss around 0.028. But such a large stop loss reflects the inherent leveraged nature of altcoins compared to mainstream coins, with fluctuations of tens of points. Accordingly, I believe that before entering, one should consider their position to determine the investment size and leverage. For instance, TAKE at the recently bright level of 0.022 or even lower could consider a leverage of 10 times or even higher, but at levels like 0.038 near the MA180, even if we are not afraid of heights, it is advisable to keep leverage below 5 times. Because in the futures market, I think the priority is always survival. With altcoins already having inherent leverage, high multiples mean a higher risk of liquidation. Prioritizing the preservation of one's principal is crucial to exploring market logic, honing trading skills, and establishing a trading system.

Back to the main point, today DAM and DYM both showed some gains. Although the trading volume isn't sufficient, according to the logic of sector rotation, I suggest everyone pay attention to DeFi-related tokens, as well as the meme coin sector represented by Bless and Hippo.
