Most of the coins I bought a few months ago have literally halved in value 😭😭😭😭😭!

Is this a sign that I should sell them?

Or is it a good time to buy and hold? Of the most affected are $XRP #XLM #pol and $OM

So everything is burning down for no reason? 😭 I can't even trace which coins caused me a 32% loss. SOMEBODY HELP!!! maybe it's $POL or $OM I don't know!

I gave up on crypto! Invested $100 and now I've lost 17% of it.

Right now, the coin is getting a lot of hype and the demand is high. The prices are going up.
Tomorrow after the launch, its price will most probably skyrocket and the investors who already have massive number of coins will sell them which will cause the price to take a nosedive.
I'll stay with what has been there for a while. $POL and $OM is the way to go
