The Cybersecurity Department and Prevention of High-Tech Crime (Ministry of Public Security) has identified Polymarket as a platform that is essentially online gambling. Accessing and using this platform violates the laws of Vietnam.
Users who intentionally bypass access warning layers will receive an official notice from the Ministry of Public Security, and their access history may be recorded for inspection and handling as per regulations.
Not just Vietnam, Polymarket has previously been blocked or restricted in more than 30 countries worldwide, including many European countries such as France, Germany, the UK, Italy, Poland, Belgium, as well as some other countries like Iran…, due to concerns related to legal issues and the management of gambling activities.
👉 Users need to proactively research the legal framework in their country of residence and avoid accessing platforms that pose legal risks to protect themselves.
According to tracking data from reputable on-chain sources, BlackRock continues to transfer Bitcoin and Ethereum to exchanges just before the U.S. stock market opens.
Specifically, just a few minutes ago, BlackRock transferred 2.288 BTC (approximately 189 million USD) and 19.644 ETH (about 53.7 million USD) to Coinbase.
Notably, even though this fund just received 1.200 BTC and 9.660 ETH yesterday, the amount of assets transferred out today is nearly double, indicating that short-term withdrawal pressure is still dominant.
Overall, from the beginning of the week until now, BlackRock's net flow of BTC and ETH remains significantly negative, reflecting a trend of distribution more than accumulation at this current stage.
