KGST — the first state stablecoin of Kyrgyzstan on Binance
KGST, a national stable digital asset pegged 1:1 to the Kyrgyz som, has been officially launched and listed on Binance.
The token is built on the BNB Chain, backed by currency reserves, and has undergone an audit of its smart contracts, making it an important element of the national digital strategy.
Binance has integrated KGST into its ecosystem: it is available for trading, as well as through Simple Earn, Convert, and purchases with bank cards.
This project is one of the first examples of a state stablecoin available on a major international exchange and an example of how digital currencies can be used for financial integration and facilitating cross-border payments.
