We have an important announcement to share regarding our team. While the fundamental mission of Scroll remains completely unchanged, we are reorganizing our internal framework to better deliver on our promises.

Because our foundational infrastructure is fully mature, our strategic emphasis is transitioning toward broad distribution, widespread adoption, and putting Scroll into the hands of a much larger audience. This upcoming phase is all about crafting products that genuinely resonate with everyday users. To make this happen effectively, we need a leaner, highly execution oriented organization, and our updated structure provides the perfect foundation to achieve these goals.

As part of this transition, Raza is being elevated to the role of CEO at Up Labs, which functions as the primary operating entity behind Scroll. For the past 2 years, Raza has successfully spearheaded our growth efforts. This promotion directly acknowledges his exceptional past performance and represents a logical progression as our company objectives evolve.

Furthermore, Haichen, the CTO of Up Labs, is moving over to the Scroll Foundation to steer our long term technical vision. There, he joins Sandy, who has effectively held the position of director at the Foundation for the past 2 years and will continue her duties exactly as before. Both Sandy and Haichen will maintain a highly active presence across our ecosystem, partnering closely with the Up Labs team to help direct our practical execution.

We have some great news for those looking to participate in the inaugural pilot of the Delegate Contribution Program. The application period for the State of Scroll Research has officially been extended.

You now have a little extra time to finalize your submissions, with the new cutoff set for Friday, March 13 at 7:00 PM UTC.

Backed by a total allocation of $18,000 USD, this project is designed to deliver a comprehensive global research report detailing the ecosystem of Scroll. To achieve this, the initiative will carefully bring together localized regional insights and broader cross-regional analysis.

We were delighted to welcome @tomasdm_eth from @chatterpay as a guest during our Weekly Governance Call this past week. The ChatterPay solution allows users to access cryptocurrency functions strictly through WhatsApp messages, removing the requirement for any extra application downloads.

During the session, the team presented details regarding their product features and traction figures, alongside insights into the launch of their Ambassador Program and their strategic roadmap for 2026.

Our delegates participated actively, bringing forward substantial questions and suggestions for future cooperation. It is gratifying to witness this level of synergy within the DAO, characterized by ecosystem projects providing transparent updates, delegates willing to challenge assumptions, and the emergence of new partnerships.
