A new RFC concerning the deprecation of 17 abandoned DTFs has been introduced by ABC Labs on the governance forum. If adopted, this measure will result in the app tagging these DTFs as deprecated, alongside the removal of admin roles and the disabling of new issuance. However, standard ETFs still take days to settle, are restricted to trading during market hours, and charge 0.5%+ fees.

In contrast, DTFs settle instantly, trade 24/7, and ensure you actually hold the underlying assets.

That is the unlock we are chasing.

#️⃣ $RSR emissions update:

While 8.3B RSR was unlocked in 2025, only about 855M actually entered circulation in the end, representing a ≈1.5% expansion to the circulating supply.

Because there is no need for additional RSR in the near term, and since conversations are underway to explore potential improvements to how RSR is unlocked and allocated, Confusion Capital is pausing all RSR unlocking until further notice.
