My $ETH short is deep in the red right now—and honestly, that’s not the real issue.
Any experienced trader understands one thing clearly:

The market doesn’t punish you for being early.
It punishes you for giving up.

Last night, as ETH kept pushing upward, my PnL slid further into negative territory.

Price is approaching a well-defined resistance zone, and the broader market structure remains intact. Nothing about the setup has been invalidated—only tested.

🧐 $BTC (Detail View): The Structure They Miss
People are calling the move from $126k down to $80k a "crash" and claiming the whole rally from $75k is now invalid. Why? Because they simply don’t understand the structure or the cycle we're in.
Zoom out to the weekly chart and the picture becomes crystal clear: the real bullish rally started all the way back at $16k. What we are seeing now is nothing more than a retracement within a massive, undeniable uptrend.
I’m still not convinced this retracement is completed yet. We are likely to remain in a broader selling structure and correction phase for a while. For the panic-sellers screaming $BTC is going to zero, here's a reality check: even a deeper retracement toward $50k (or slightly below) is structurally normal. I’m not saying it will happen, but it’s a necessary consideration when analyzing market structure.
My Trading Bias
* Long-Term #LongTermGain (Monthly): I remain ultra bullish on Bitcoin. The adoption and structural fundamentals are intact.
* Mid-Term (Weekly): I am not bullish at all. This is largely due to Bitcoin’s well-documented correlation with the Nasdaq over the past 14 years. Tech and stocks are clearly not done correcting yet, and crypto will likely follow for now.
Actionable Plan: Spot vs. Futures
For traders, we need to respect the current phase: Two steps up, one step down. And the "down" is not finished yet.
* For Short Traders (Futures/Margin):
* The best strategy is to follow the existing trend until you are definitively proven wrong.
* Look for sell opportunities on confirmation from mean reversions or "zag" points (which I've marked on my chart). The path of least resistance remains lower until proven otherwise.
* For #SpotTrader Traders :
* Even if I want to accumulate, I’m waiting to deploy a reverse psychological play until we clearly end the accumulation phase.
* The simplest approach is to play level to level for buys once we reclaim and hold decisively above $93k. That's the first sign of a structural shift that warrants increasing spot exposure.
