I am writing this with a heavy heart regarding my experience with the Binance Reward Hub. I have been a loyal and disciplined user of Binance for a long time, and I deeply respect all your platform policies and terms of service.
However, I feel extremely discouraged because my Reward Hub remains consistently empty. While my friends and community members regularly receive tasks, vouchers, and campaign invitations, my dashboard shows nothing. Every time I open the app with the hope of finding a task to complete and earn some rewards, I am met with disappointment. It is disheartening to feel left out of the community activities that everyone else is enjoying.
I sincerely request you to look into my account status. If there is any specific reason or a technical issue making me ineligible for these rewards, please guide me on how to fix it. I am eager to participate, stay active, and grow with the Binance ecosystem.
