U.S. CONGRESSMAN NICK BEGICH: BITCOIN COULD HELP RECONNECT THE U.S. DOLLAR

🔹 Congressman Nick Begich stated that when the U.S. abandoned the gold standard, the dollar completely lost its link to a scarce asset.

🔹 He suggested that establishing a strategic Bitcoin reserve fund could help “reconnect” the dollar to a limited asset, similar to how gold once did.

🔹 This, he said, would help strengthen global confidence in the U.S. dollar, as it would once again be backed by a universally recognized valuable asset.
