As I learned more about Fabric Protocol, I realized that despite not being explicitly mentioned in the project, there is a problem that a lot of robotics lectures overlook: robot fragmentation. Robots of various manufacturers today cannot easily communicate software and collaborate. Fabric combines the OM1 universal robot OS with an on-chain coordination layer in such a way that the machines can execute common applications, authenticate identity, and buy and sell services over the networks. It seems to me more of a crypto project than an actual impetus to establish the interoperability standard of the future of the internet of robots.
