❌ No office address – No verifiable Hong Kong location

❌ Hidden ownership – No public legal entity or named team

❌ Brand-new domain – hktweb3.com registered Jan 2025

❌ Buzzword compliance – Claims “licensed trust companies” & “regular audits” with no proof
