🚨Twenty One Capital has #raised an additional $100 million through convertible senior secured notes, bringing its total funding to $685 million.

🔹Existing investors exercised purchase options from April’s round. The Bitcoin-focused firm was launched via SPAC by Brandon Lutnick and is led by Strike CEO Jack Mallers, with backing from iFinex.
