Conversion of the assets of the SAFU fund from #Binance – Final update
Binance has successfully completed the purchase of the final tranche of 4,545 BTC, thus completing the transition of one billion dollars of reserves from the SAFU fund into Bitcoin.
This transition was accomplished within 30 days of the initial announcement, as promised.
The SAFU fund now holds 15,000 #BTC, valued at 1,005,000,000 USD at the time of finalization (calculated based on a BTC price of $67,000).
