O bitcoin (BTC) operou em alta nesta quinta (19), em um cenário no qual o ativo vem apresentando pequenas variações à espera de maiores catalisadores. Um elemento que analistas vem destacando é o fluxo institucional, com entradas ou saídas em fundos negociados em bolsa (ETF) podendo representar sinalização futura sobre os próximos passos dos preços do ativo. Eles apontam que o volume fraco, fluxo institucional negativo e incerteza macro podem ser entendidos como sinais de que o mercado cripto pode ainda não ter encontrado o fundo do ciclo de baixa.
Por volta das 17h10 (de Brasília), o bitcoin subia 1,10%, a US$ 66.982,39. Já o ethereum caía 0,03%, a US$ 1.939,02, de acordo com a plataforma Binance.

O Serviço de Investigação Criminal (SIC) informou, hoje, ter desmantelado um estaleiro clandestino destinado à mineração de criptomoedas na zona dos Ramiros, município de Belas, e deteve dez cidadãos suspeitos por envolvimento na actividade.
Em comunicado dirigido à nossa redacção, o SIC avança que encontrou no local uma infra-estrutura tecnológica com mais de dois mil processadores específicos para mineração de criptomoedas, além de um posto de transformação ligado à rede eléctrica pública.
Durante a operação, foram detidos em flagrante 10 indivíduos, com idades entre 31 e 53 anos, incluindo dois cidadãos de nacionalidade chinesa e oito angolanos, alegadamente envolvidos na movimentação, transporte e preparação dos equipamentos de mineração.

Segundo ela, o ativo digital não funciona apenas como proteção contra inflação, mas também contra um possível ambiente de “caos deflacionário”.
Na avaliação da executiva, o Federal Reserve pode interpretar de forma equivocada o movimento da deflação deccorente de ganhos de eficiência por utilizar indicadores retrospectivos. Nesse cenário, Wood defendeu que o Bitcoin tende a se destacar. “O Bitcoin é uma proteção contra inflação e deflação”, ela durante a Bitcoin Investor Week, em Nova York.
