Over the past few months, the Renaiss community has grown rapidly.

What started as a core team–driven initiative has gradually evolved into a global community of collectors, builders, and contributors. As the ecosystem expands, it became clear that a stronger and more transparent community structure is needed.

That’s why we are introducing Renaiss Ambassador 2.0.

This new version transforms the Ambassador Program into a more community-driven, structured, and scalable leadership system, where contributors from different regions can participate, grow, and help shape the future of the Renaiss ecosystem.

Ambassador 2.0 is designed to give community members a clear path to contribute, grow, and take on greater responsibility over time.

A Clear Growth Path

In Ambassador 2.0, every ambassador begins from the same starting point:

Regional Ambassador → Senior Ambassador → Core Ambassador

This is not simply a hierarchy.
Instead, it is a progression path built around real contribution, responsibility, and long-term community participation.

Regional Ambassador: The Starting Point

All ambassadors in the program start as Regional Ambassadors.

Regional Ambassadors act as grassroots community builders, helping support and grow the Renaiss community within their respective regions.

It is important to note:

  • Regional Ambassador is a functional structure, not just a title

  • Each ambassador has clearly defined responsibilities

  • Community members can grow within the program through consistent contributions

Regional Structure

To support the growth of local communities, Regional Ambassadors will be organized across several regions:

  • Chinese-speaking community

  • Taiwan

  • Korea

  • Japan

  • Malaysia

  • Philippines

  • Global community

Each region will have two ambassadors, representing two different contribution roles:

  • Active Contributor

  • Community Supporter

Two Contribution Paths

Not every type of contribution looks the same.

Some community members are strong content creators, while others excel at supporting and organizing the community. Ambassador 2.0 recognizes both roles.

Regional Ambassadors therefore follow one of two contribution tracks.

Active Contributor

Active Contributors focus primarily on content creation and external visibility.

Typical characteristics include:

  • Active presence on X / social media

  • Consistent content related to Renaiss

  • Helping expand the project’s visibility

  • Bringing new attention and users to the ecosystem

Key contributions may include:

  • Increasing brand awareness

  • Attracting new users and collectors

  • Promoting pack releases and ecosystem activity

  • Driving conversations around Renaiss

Evaluation may consider factors such as:

  • Social media output on X

  • Engagement performance

  • External exposure generated

  • Community discussion impact

Community Supporter

Community Supporters focus on community engagement and operational support.

Typical characteristics include:

  • Active participation in the community

  • Helping answer questions from members

  • Maintaining a healthy community environment

  • Assisting with community events and discussions

Their contributions may include:

  • Supporting community moderation and order

  • Improving the overall community atmosphere

  • Reducing operational pressure on the core team

  • Helping new members onboard into the ecosystem

Evaluation may consider:

  • Activity across Discord, Telegram, and other channels

  • Records of helping members solve problems

  • Community engagement

  • Event participation and support

Regional Ambassador Selection Process

Regional Ambassadors will be selected through a community-involved process.

The process includes three steps:

Step 1 — Regional Nomination

Community members may nominate themselves or other members from their region.

Step 2 — Regional Voting

Candidates will be voted on by members within the corresponding regional community.

Each member has one vote.

Step 3 — Team Confirmation

The Renaiss team will conduct a final confirmation to ensure fairness and alignment with long-term community development.

Regional Ambassador Term

Regional Ambassadors serve a 1-month term.

The role supports re-election:

  • Up to two consecutive terms are allowed

  • Each term ends with a review

After a term ends, three outcomes are possible:

1️⃣ The ambassador returns to a regular community member role
(and may apply again in future rounds)

2️⃣ The ambassador is re-elected and continues another term

3️⃣ Outstanding ambassadors may be promoted to Senior Ambassador

Incentives

To encourage active community participation, the program includes incentive mechanisms.

Ambassadors who successfully complete a term — or are re-elected and complete additional terms — may receive various rewards and incentive bonuses, depending on their contributions.

Specific rewards will be evaluated based on performance and impact.

Senior Ambassador: Stability and Recognition

Above the Regional Ambassador is the Senior Ambassador role.

Senior Ambassadors are not elected publicly. Instead, they are invited by the team based on long-term contributions and performance.

Eligibility typically includes:

  • Completion of at least one Regional Ambassador term

  • Meeting contribution KPIs

  • No rule violations

  • Consistent and meaningful community contributions

Senior Ambassadors represent a stable and recognized leadership layer within the community.

Benefits may include:

  • A dedicated Seasonal SBT

  • Participation in Regional Ambassador nominations

  • Participation in selected internal discussions

  • X badge support (1-year Blue Check)

Core Ambassador: Community Builders

At the highest level of the program is the Core Ambassador role.

Core Ambassadors must first be Senior Ambassadors, and are selected based on outstanding contribution and leadership.

Core Ambassadors represent the core builders of the community.

They may receive:

  • Higher-tier SBT recognition

  • Opportunities to participate more deeply in ecosystem development

  • In some cases, the opportunity to join the Renaiss core team

The Goal of Ambassador 2.0

Ambassador 2.0 is built around one core idea:

A community should be led by its community.

We want to create a system where:

  • Contributions are visible and recognized

  • Community leaders can emerge naturally

  • Every contributor has a path to participate

Whether you are:

  • A content creator

  • A community organizer

  • An early supporter of the ecosystem

Your contribution matters.

Nominations Are Now Open

Regional Ambassador nominations are now open.

If you would like to contribute to the Renaiss community — or if you know someone who deserves to be nominated — we invite you to participate.

The future of Renaiss will be shaped by the community itself.

See you in the community.
