$PHA pressing under broken shelf and all bounce attempts fading fast

entry: 0.0392 - 0.0415

pha price is leaning just below the old ledge and candles are overlapping with very little movement. small lifts keep stalling and we see upper wicks starting to stack up while the floor gets poked again and again. i am holding this short because pushes look very thin. if price reclaim the overhead band and stay there then i am out but for now it just bleeds down.
