For months, I’ve been an active participant in Binance Square’s campaigns—Words of the Day, discussion posts, and other reward-based activities. Every time, I followed the rules meticulously: crafting thoughtful comments, engaging with others, and even double-checking submission guidelines. Yet, despite my consistency, I’ve received ZERO rewards.
The Pattern of Disappointment
Words of the Day: I’d spend time researching and posting accurate definitions, but my entries were ignored. Others with nearly identical responses got points—why not me?
Discussion Campaigns: I created detailed threads on trending crypto topics, but my posts vanished into the void. No acknowledgment, no points.
Support Tickets: I reached out to Binance Square’s team multiple times. Their replies? Template responses: “Rewards are distributed fairly” or “Check eligibility criteria.” But how is it fair when active users like me are consistently excluded?
The Final Straw
Last week, I participated in a campaign with clear terms: “Top 50 contributors get rewards.” I ranked #27 by engagement metrics, but the reward list skipped my name entirely. Another ticket, another dismissal: “Decisions are final.” No explanation.
Why Share This?
Transparency: Binance Square promotes community growth, but opaque reward systems alienate loyal users.
Accountability: If campaigns are just for show, they should state it upfront.
Hope for Change: Maybe sharing this will push Binance to audit their processes—or at least reply with more than bots.
To Binance Square Team:
I’m not asking for handouts. I’m asking for the rewards I earned. Fix your system, or stop pretending it works.
