Binance does run legitimate zero-fee promotions, but they are usually:
Limited to specific trading pairs (e.g., BTC/MXN, certain FDUSD or stablecoin pairs, or temporary maker/taker fee waivers for select coins).
Targeted at VIP users, liquidity providers, new sign-ups, or regional offers.
Time-limited and announced officially via binance.com announcements.
Binance also issues trading fee rebate vouchers (e.g., 20–50 USDT worth) or fee discounts (often 10–20% off via referral codes, plus extra when paying fees in BNB). These reduce or offset fees but don't make trading completely zero-fee across the board.
Graphics like this one—with "Top 10" lists, shiny crypto icons, urgent "claim now" buttons, and no specific official links/terms—are a very common format for crypto scams, phishing attempts, or misleading referral spam on platforms like X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, or Facebook. They often lead to:
Fake login pages stealing your credentials.
Malicious sites asking for wallet connections/private keys.
Referral links that give the poster commissions but no real extra benefits to you.
Bottom line — If this came from an unofficial source (ad, random post, DM, etc.), treat it as highly suspicious. Don't click any links in it or enter your Binance details anywhere it directs you.
