I would like to raise a real user case:

At exactly 00:00, the interface showed an active winning state and allowed participation (screenshot attached).

Only after clicking, the system returned a “Please refresh” error, and the result was later denied due to “system delays,” as acknowledged by support.

When the UI allows a valid action in real time, users reasonably rely on what they see.

Clarification on how such cases are handled would help strengthen trust.
