Vitalik Buterin proposes "Native DVT" to secure Ethereum

​Vitalik Buterin has presented a plan to integrate Distributed Validation Technology (DVT) directly into the core of Ethereum.

The proposal seeks to enable validators to stop relying on a single machine or key; instead, they will be able to operate through a "multisignature" system where the work is distributed among several independent nodes.

This makes the network much more robust, as a validator can continue to function without errors or penalties even if one of their machines fails or is attacked, as long as the majority of the group remains honest.

With this change, Ethereum would gain technical simplicity and a much more resilient decentralization.
