scam

Hello. Could you please tell me if this is part of a scam since theoretically it is a link to rate airlines and I receive a certain amount of commission for each rating. However, I have to deposit a certain amount and the more I deposit, the wider the commission obtained. But the deposits would have to be made through this app and thus be able to withdraw the earnings to my Binance account, but my user is linked to another account of the person who sent me the link.
