Use chatbox: Write all transaction discussions in Binance's official chatbox. Do not use any external apps (like WhatsApp or Telegram).

Do not release before receiving: Never click the 'Payment Received' button before you have the money in hand. No matter how much the buyer requests, do not release crypto without checking the balance in the payment app.
Outside Transactions: Do not transact outside Binance (Direct Transfer) for the lure of low-priced dollars or higher rates. The likelihood of being scammed is 100%.

1. Appeal: Click the 'Appeal' button on the transaction page.

3. Helpline: Contact Binance customer support or the helpline and submit all your evidence.
