📖 In recent days, several users have noticed that when trying to buy USDT with Visa or MasterCard, the interface has changed and now shows Paymonade as the payment provider, whereas it previously worked without issues (for example, with Chilean cards).

This is not a user error. It is due to several factors:

🔹 Payment provider change

Exchanges do not process card payments directly. They use external providers. When one provider exits or changes its terms, the system automatically redirects to another (such as Paymonade).

🔹 Restrictions by country or bank

Paymonade has geographical and banking limitations. Some cards from certain countries (including Chile) may be rejected due to internal policies of the provider or the issuing bank.

🔹 Compliance blocks (KYC / AML)

If the verification does not match exactly (name, country, address), the provider may reject the operation even if it worked before with another intermediary.

🔹 Temporary provider issues

Paymonade often presents intermittent errors. It is not always a definitive block; many times it is a service failure.

✅ What can be done?

✔️ Try another payment method (P2P is usually the most stable).

✔️ Try with another card or bank (if available).

✔️ Check that the country and personal details are correct in the profile.

✔️ Wait a few days: providers change frequently.

✔️ Contact support and ask what alternative provider is available for your country.

📌 Important:

The exchange does not directly control these errors. They are decisions made by the payment provider and banks.
