I had a conversation today with a friend, he wants to open some kind of business and was asking for my advice. And my answer is always the same - you should only open a business that fits in your pocket :))
Consider digital options first - informational and cryptocurrency. Without real estate, without employees, without any ties to a region - city or country.
So that when you want, you can pack your suitcase and leave.
