$DOGE dropped to 0.087 and bounced little.

This level on $DOGE matters.

Now it’s slowly making small higher lows.

RSI is moving up, so momentum is improving.

But price is still below the 200 MA.

So this is not a strong breakout yet.

If 0.095–0.098 breaks with good volume,

we could see a bigger move.
