After a period of low-level oscillation, this wave of rebound has re-touched the upper pressure zone, but there hasn't been a significant increase in volume. Without volume, a breakthrough is hard to establish. The coin on the table is still spinning.
If there's just a slight rebound but trading is flat, it usually means that the bears are taking a break, rather than the bulls taking over. A real signal of strength must involve a strong volume increase and not just a single spike.
So don't be too quick to get excited, and also don't be too quick to deny.
