8 Years in Crypto: From a Rental Room to Wulin No. 1: 4 Lessons from 23.82 Million

1. Rapid Rise and Fall, There Will Be Selling
In the 2017 bull market, a certain altcoin rose 320% in ten days, I went all in with 80,000.
As a result, it plummeted 18% the next day, losing 60,000 in a week.
I later understood: a rapid rise of 30%+, followed by a consolidation of 3-5 days before a volume drop of 15%, means the major players start to withdraw.
This pattern, you see it once, it happens every time.
2. High-Level Consolidation, Not an Opportunity, but a Trap
In 2019, I held mainstream coins in a consolidation for two months, using leverage to increase my position, and ended up getting cut in half.
Consolidation lasting over 20 days, turnover below 2%, and deviating more than 20% from the 20-day line is a selling signal.
Now, when the system triggers this pattern, I immediately reduce my position.
3. Bottom Signal, Look at Volume, Not Price
During the crash on March 12, 2020, I tried to bottom fish $LINK, and ended up getting trapped.
I later understood: the true bottom is “volume contraction consolidation + three consecutive days of mild volume small candlesticks.”
Last year, when BTC appeared in this pattern at 25,000, I went all in, sold at 42,000, making 5.8 million on one trade.
5. Trading Volume is the Truth, Position Determines Life and Death
Only by living long can one qualify to win.
I only operate on half positions, without using leverage.
Last year, I entered the market only after $PEPE's volume increased fivefold, and immediately took profits when there was a trend break.
