From the 1-hour Bollinger Bands perspective:
The upper band near 5065 forms short-term resistance, while the middle band at 5040 provides support. Purely from a technical analysis standpoint, the trend is to focus on short positions with short-term highs and supplementary long positions.
Suggestions:
During the day until 21:00, sell high and buy low within the 5040—5065 range;
If it effectively breaks below 5040 or breaks above 5060, strictly set stop losses to guard against a one-sided market trend;
Wait for stabilization after the closing candle before following the trend.
Strictly maintain defense, short above 5065, long below 5040;
