
#plasma 2 Corinthians 7:1-14
[1]Therefore, beloved, since we have such promises, let us cleanse ourselves from all contamination of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
[2]Receive us: we have offended no one, we have corrupted no one, we have deceived no one.
[3]I do not say this to condemn you; for I have said before that you are in our hearts, to die and to live together.
[4]I have much boldness with you; I greatly boast regarding you; I am filled with consolation; I overflow with joy in all our tribulations.
[5]For indeed, when we came to Macedonia, our bodies had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; outside were conflicts, inside were fears.
[6]But God, who comforts the humble, comforted us by the coming of Titus;
[7]and not only by his coming, but also by the consolation with which he was comforted in regard to you, informing us of your great affection, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced even more.
[8]For even though I made you sorrowful with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it at the time; for I see that that letter, though it was only for a while, made you sorrowful.
[9]Now I rejoice, not because you were made sorrowful, but because you were made sorrowful unto repentance; for you were made sorrowful according to God, so that you might suffer no loss from us.
[10]For the sorrow that is according to God produces repentance without regret, leading to salvation; but the sorrow of the world produces death.
[11]For behold, this very thing that you were made sorrowful according to God, what earnestness it produced in you, what defense, what indignation, what fear, what longing, what zeal, and what avenging! In everything you demonstrated yourselves to be innocent in the matter.
[12]So although I wrote to you, it was not for the sake of the one who committed the wrong, nor for the sake of the one who suffered the wrong, but in order that your earnestness for us might be made known to you in the sight of God.
[13]For this reason we have been comforted in your comfort; but much more we rejoice at the joy of Titus, that they have
