Data from decades shows a rule that is almost 'immutable':
Bitcoin has never closed negatively in both January and February in the same year!

🔶 January is usually a 'positive kickoff' month (average +2.81%, median +0.29%).

🔶 February is even stronger (average +11.27%, median +11.68%) – usually the darkest green month at the beginning of the year.

But the year 2026 is breaking all the rules:

🔴 January 2026: -10.17%

🔴 February 2026 (ongoing): -12.72% (still red, and the month isn't over yet!)

This is the first time in Bitcoin's history that both months at the beginning of the year are negative – an extremely rare and different scenario compared to all previous cycles.

Meaning:

🔶 It may signal a prolonged bear market or a deeper 'reset' than expected.

🔶 Or this is the 'final dump' before a strong reversal (like many years of history after the dip at the beginning of the year).

What do you think about this phenomenon? Will 2026 truly be a 'different' year? Or is it just a temporary dip, waiting for a strong rebound?
