Dear Binance Team / CZ,
I’m writing as a long-time futures trader to raise some serious concerns that are affecting many users.
Recently, a number of low-liquidity and highly volatile pairs are being added to Binance Futures. When market conditions turn favorable and the trend is clear, exiting positions quickly becomes impossible due to system constraints, slippage, or execution limits.
Key issues traders are facing:
• Stop-loss orders trigger, but take-profit orders often fail or don’t execute as expected
• During high volatility, manual exits are restricted, even when risk management is applied
• Traders bear full downside risk, while fair upside execution is inconsistent
• This creates the perception that the system works against active traders, not with them
We understand risk is part of trading. We accept losses when stops are hit.
But when profits cannot be realized under the same conditions, it raises serious concerns about market fairness and execution integrity.
