The SAFU wallet of Binance just withdrew 4.225 BTC (about 300 million USD) from the Binance hot wallet.
In the past 7 days, they have accumulated a total of 10.455 BTC, equivalent to about 739 million USD.
At this rate, it is likely that Binance will complete the conversion of 1 billion USD → $BTC  in about 2 weeks.
