$BTC Bloomberg Analyst: Bitcoin is still a high-risk asset with extreme volatility
35 minutes ago, Bloomberg ETF analyst, Eric Balchunas, shared on social media: "It turns out that Bitcoin ETF investors are more resilient than expected, but my previous prediction regarding the fading volatility was wrong. I thought that retail investors who entered due to the ETF would ignore the 'dumb money' from before the FTX days, and thus stabilize the market. Haven't you seen? OG Bitcoin holders are selling a lot.
I thought they would hold (HODL) after experiencing several strong rallies. Furthermore, a 450% increase in two years should have been a red flag—too much, too fast. I maintain my opinion about Bitcoin: it is still an asset class with high volatility and high risks, at least in the near future.
