Why is there so much discussion about memecoins?
Memecoins always cause great discussion, the problem is that often we do not understand the individual motivations for investment.
Many invest in memecoins as an attempt to leverage their results, as the risk is much higher, after all, behind that token there is only a joke. However, with this ability to convert one currency into another, the joke ends up having that market value and this gives some utility to the token.
Personally, I prefer to invest in altcoins, as they are much more faithful to their projects and intentions. I really like $XLM $XRP e BTC, but I know there are several other coins with projects. But I can't say I don't have a little spice in my portfolio, PEPE, DOGE, and FLOKI are my choices, but I keep in mind that they cannot be more than 15% of the total invested.
