If you've completed all steps 1 through 8 of the Mainnet Checklist, your KYC is fully verified (green), your mobile and email are verified, but you're still stuck on step 9 for months (meaning your Pi hasn't migrated to your wallet), here are some suggestions:
(1) Create a New Wallet:
* Go to the Wallet section in the Pi Browser.
* Tap "You can create a new wallet" (blue text at the bottom).
* Follow the instructions to create a new wallet.
(2) Secure Your New Wallet:
* Carefully save your new wallet's public key and passphrase with maximum security.
(3) Wait 24 Hours:
* Wait for 24 hours.
(4) Connect the New Wallet:
* After 24 hours, copy your new wallet's passphrase.
* Go to step 3 of the Mainnet Checklist, tap it, and confirm by entering your passphrase.
* Repeat the same process for step 6 of the Mainnet Checklist.
* This will disconnect your old wallet and connect the new one for migration.
(5) Important Note:
* If you've already successfully migrated your Pi once, do not attempt this process again.
Additional Information:
* After connecting the new wallet, migration can happen at any time.
* As a precaution, keep the old wallet’s passphrase and public key safe until the new wallet migration is complete. If by some error the old wallet receives the Pi migration, you will need the old passphrase and public key.
* This is not a guaranteed solution. Some users in Pi groups have reported faster migration using this method, while others have not seen any results. Therefore, consider this a potential solution.
