In Europe: The Autorité des Marchés Financiers AMF in France grants registration as a digital asset service provider to Binance France SAS. The Organismo Agenti e Mediatori OAM grants registration to Binance Italy SRL. The local Registry of Legal Entities and Financial Intelligence Unit grants registration to Bifinity UAB.
In the Middle East: Binance Bahrain BSC has been licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain. Binance FZE has been granted MVP registration for its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
In Asia Pacific: InvestbyBit Pty Ltd in Australia, PT. ASET DIGITAL BERKAT in Indonesia, Gulf Binance in Thailand and Binance Nordics AB in Sweden have obtained the appropriate licenses and registrations.
In Mexico: Bmex Techfin, S. de RL de CV has been given a weak activity registration by the Tax Administration Service SAT.
In South Africa: Brickhouse Trading Ltd offers futures and options under license from FiveWest OTC Desk Pty Limited.
However, it is important to note that Binance is still facing legal issues in the United States. Binance has been accused by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of violations of securities law, which the agency described as a “massive online scam” and “calculated evasion of the law.”
