The chart shows a clear bearish structure: a breakout of PDL, formation of lower highs, reaction from the zone ~1.029–1.039. We currently have a bounce towards PDH ~1.12, but the key resistance level — horizontal 1.10–1.12 + the upper boundary of the descending channel.
If we don't hold 1.10 and fail to establish above — a probable continuation of the decline to 0.97–0.974 (0.618–0.68 Fibonacci from the previous downward impulse) and then to 0.957.
For now, the market is in a downtrend, be cautious with longs. I am looking for confirmation of a reversal — breakout + retest of PDH with volume.
APT is still -80%+ from ATH. Patience — either the bottom or a new leg down.
