Turkey has strongly criticized the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, accusing Israel of carrying out “ethnic cleansing” in Lebanon under the pretext of fighting Hezbollah.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey said that Israeli military actions in Lebanon are causing large-scale civilian displacement and destruction, warning that such operations risk further destabilizing the region.
