Although this transition problem is extremely complex when FHE is extremely heavy as well as lattice crypto key size is large, But this is the future that Midnight must aim for, this is also stated by leading experts at the Midnight Summit 2025 between Professor Aggelos Kiayias, chief scientist at Input | Output, and Professor Elias Koutsoupias from the University of Oxford.
Besides that, the direction Privacy + compliance of Midnight is also different, Monero and Zcash have a similar direction but are too anonymous and cannot control the problem of money laundering, while Midnight solves that problem by privacy but still auditable when needed.
