A small reminder about greed in trading.
Some time ago I started this grid strategy with only 100 USDT.
For a while, it actually worked really well. The strategy generated around $60 profit, which was more than 50% return on the initial margin.
But instead of taking the win and moving on…
I wanted more.
I kept the strategy running, pushed for bigger gains, and eventually the market gave everything back — and even added some loss on top.
It’s a simple lesson most traders learn the hard way:
Taking profit is also a skill.
Sometimes the biggest mistake isn’t a bad trade —
it’s not knowing when enough is enough.
