If @Fogo Official ’s SVM-style parallel execution really works at scale, congestion won’t show up first as “higher gas.” It’ll show up as state-access bidding: the scarce resource becomes which accounts get locked and updated first. System-level reason: parallel schedulers still serialize conflicting reads/writes, so hot accounts turn into shared bottlenecks.
