Mi checklist de 7 pasos antes de entrar a un trade (para evitar FOMO y sobre operar)

1~ Si no tengo setup de al menos 3 de mis 5 confirmaciones , no opero. Mi meta es calidad, no cantidad.

2~ Defino el contexto: ¿tendencia, rango o zona clave? Si no sé “dónde estoy”, no sé “qué buscar” (SIEMPRE ALINEADO CON FUNDAMENTALES).

3~ Marco 2 niveles: invalidación (SL) y objetivo (TP). Si no puedo poner SL lógico, descarto.

4~ Calculo el riesgo antes de entrar (RR y tamaño). Si el trade no da buen RR, no lo fuerzo.

5~ Check de “evento”: ¿hay noticia/volatilidad cerca? Si sí, bajo riesgo o espero confirmación.

6~ Ejecución con regla simple: entro, coloco SL/TP y me dejo de inventar cosas.

7~ Post-trade: anoto 1 cosa que hice bien y 1 cosa por mejorar (sin drama). La consistencia se entrena y se mejora constantemente.

¿Cuál de estos pasos te salva más dinero: el SL, el tamaño de posición o esperar confirmación? Te leo y mañana publico mi checklist ‘después de perder 2 trades seguidos’.
