Bitcoin Exchange Reserves have fallen to about 2.7 million $BTC , the lowest level since 2019.
Many investors have shifted towards private wallets instead of keeping Bitcoin on centralized exchanges.
Another factor is Spot Bitcoin ETFs, which were launched in Jan, 2024. These ETFs have accumulated around 1.3 million Bitcoins.
Institutional buyers are also increasing which shrinks the BTC exchange reserves even more.
