Bybit Co-CEO Helen Liu is stepping down on April 30, 2026 to pursue a new entrepreneurial venture. Liu joined Bybit in 2020 and has held multiple roles including VP of Human Resources, VP of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer before becoming Co-CEO in 2025. CEO Ben Zhou confirmed the company will continue advancing its global business under the existing leadership team.
