🤔 Trump says the U.S. will completely halt trade with Spain because Spain refused to allow its bases to be used against Iran.
The U.S. president stated that some European countries supported the U.S. during Operation “Epic Rage”, notably Germany. Trump also praised NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte as “wonderful” and criticized Spain, calling it “terrible.”
“We are going to stop all trade with Spain. We don’t want anything to do with Spain. There’s nothing in Spain that we need,” Trump said, adding that while Spain has “wonderful people, they have bad leaders.”
He also said he instructed U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent to cut off all relations with the country.
